Cognizant has announced a massive expansion in Vizag, proposing a new development with a seating capacity of 8,000 professionals. The total investment stands at ₹1,583 crore, marking one of the largest IT investments in the region.
The proposed facility will be developed in three phases within the Rushikonda IT SEZ, a prime tech and coastal zone in Vizag. This large-scale move will not only boost local employment but also significantly enhance the demand for commercial and residential real estate, especially in and around Rushikonda and Madhurawada.
The project is expected to act as a catalyst for infrastructure growth and urban development in the vicinity.
